Therefore, a qualitative research was conducted using case study methodology, a framework was created showing nine blocks of social management based on the literature and several sources of information were used. Results reveal that the framework offers nine blocks such as social value proposition, community definition, social channels, community relationship, key social resources, key social activities, key social partners, social investment and social benefits, which can be used to represent the level of social management responsiveness.
