Abstract These last two years have been filled with great challenges, changes and difficulties to be faced due to the health emergency that the country is going through. Hudbay Peru has not been oblivious to this reality and we have continued to work in a timely, responsible and focused manner to maintain safe places, having as our main focus our employees, who are the engine of our operation. In this sense, we have applied Hudbay Peru's Multifactor Model for the Integral Management of COVID-19, managing to implement sanitary protocols that have allowed us to anticipate and minimize the risks of this terrible disease. These actions have been improving over time and will continue to evolve, having as allies all the people who make up Hudbay's team, as well as the communities near the Constancia operation. The joint work carried out with local and regional authorities has been vital to the success of this model. Resumen Estos dos últimos años han sido de grandes desafíos, cambios y retos por afrontar debido a la emergencia sanitaria que atraviesa el país. En Hudbay Perú no hemos sido ajenos a esta realidad y hemos seguido trabajando de manera oportuna, responsable y enfocada en mantener lugares seguros, teniendo como foco principal a nuestros colaboradores, que son el motor de nuestra operación. En este sentido, hemos aplicado el modelo Multiactor para la Gestión Integral de COVID-19 de Hudbay Perú, logrando implementar protocolos sanitarios que nos han permitido anticiparnos y minimizar los riesgos de esta terrible enfermedad. Estas acciones han ido mejorando con el tiempo y seguirán evolucionando teniendo como aliados a todas las personas que conforman el equipo de Hudbay, así como a las comunidades cercanas a la operación Constancia. El trabajo conjunto realizado con las autoridades locales y regionales ha sido vital para que este modelo tenga éxito.
