MINERÍA la mejor puerta de acceso al sector minero EDICIÓN 584 / MAYO 2026 64 Premio Internacional IIMP-ESG Abstract A prospective mineral mapping was carried out in the Andahuaylas-Yauri Batholith Metallogenic Province to identify target areas for porphyry-skarn deposit exploration. For this purpose, the study area presented in Rivera et al. (2011) was used as a reference, together with publicly available data, applying the Random Forest (RF) and Neural Network (NN) algorithms. In this case, the Geodynamics (G), Fertility (F), and Architecture (A) variables from the Mineral System model proposed by McCuaig & Hronsky (2014) were modeled. Based on this approach, two prospectivity maps were generated, whose metrics indicated that the Fertility (F) variable was the most significant in both the RF and NN models.
