MINERÍA la mejor puerta de acceso al sector minero MINERÍA / FEBRERO 2022 / EDICIÓN 533 23 Abstract The ambient for the development of mining projects and even the management of the current mining operations in Peru is highly demanding, challenging and complex. The interrelation of the variables that dominate the business is increasingly intense and requires a methodological attention and approach in such a way that more creative and effective solutions can be proposed and developed based on the degree of impact of each one of these variables. The mining methods are no longer enough, the improvement in equipment, the improvement of productive processes, now even before starting a project a mining company must have an understanding of the context: government, communities, resources, environment, etc. The mining operations that are currently running must maintain a healthy balance of their relationships with their main stakeholders such as communities, local governments, central government, any change in the process cannot ignore these groups aside but also the impact in different internal operational aspects. The interactions and effects that the variables have on one another, their compression, make the solution alternatives more powerful in complex scenarios. A combination of two methods is presented here: system dynamics & design thinking. The first serves to map the variables and their interactions and the second to improve the solution proposed from an optimization and improvement process. el más trascedente, de cualquier operación minera. Es responsabilidad de cada gerente en una compañía minera mantener la operación funcionando de manera amigable y óptima, asegurando que los aspectos ambientales, sociales, de seguridad y rentabilidad estén alineados. Muchos investigadores han desarrollado diferentes herramientas, técnicas y estrategias para comprender los negocios mineros rodeados de ambientes complejos desde el punto de vista ambiental, social y operativo. El tema central en este trabajo es presentar un enfoque cuantitativo basado en la dinámica de sistemas (Systems Dynamics) y el pensamiento de diseño (Design Thinking) para ambientes mineros complejos que abarque los principales aspectos que afectan una operación. Este modelo abarca diferentes y varias variables, es decir, comunidades, regulación ambiental, complejidad del mineral, entre otras. Además, no solo el personal está involucrado en este modelo, hay algunos aspectos de diseño y organización para tener en cuenta que podrían contribuir a la solución de cualquier situación que pueda afectar las operaciones mineras.
