Reuniones individuales con operadores de palas, excavadoras y camiones. En estas reuniones se recibió sugerencias por parte de la línea de supervisión y operadores que fueron importantes para alcanzar el objetivo. Cálculo de nuevo payload target Con la ayuda de Mantenimiento Mina se hizo el pesaje de todos los camiones de acarreo, con el fin de calcular el nuevo payload target. En Newmont Yanacocha se tiene dos tipos de flotas de camiones que corresponden a 793C y 793D, cada una tiene un peso diferente debido a que son distintos modelos y, por ende, tienen distintas estructuras, es por eso que se calculó un payload target para cada flota.
