MINERÍA la mejor puerta de acceso al sector minero MINERÍA / DICIEMBRE 2022 / EDICIÓN 543 37 Abstract In this work, we explain and share our experience gained in mining planning during times of pandemic; a situation that led us to broaden the focus of traditional operational planning towards the planning of the entire production cycle. During the course of each stage of COVID-19, the variables that had to be measured, controlled and managed increased exponentially, which biased us and forced us to change our ideas. The unit's commitment to hard targets (fine ounces, concentrates, EBITDA, etc.) was maintained year after year, so all the uncertainties that had arisen since the start of the pandemic began to be eliminated. Introducción La UP Tambomayo es una mina subterránea totalmente trackless perteneciente a la Compañía de Minas Buenaventura. Los métodos de explotación que se usan son el Sub-Level Stoping (Variante SARC), Bench and Fill y Over Cut and Fill. El planeamiento de minado utilizado, hasta antes de la pandemia, era del método convencional-operativo pero debido al impacto en todas las aristas de la generación de valor de nuestro proceso, se comenzó a identificar las principales incertidumbres generadas por la COVID-19. Estás decisiones permitieron generar planes más robustos en todo el ciclo de minado, ampliando el horizonte y margen de análisis de generación de planes. Tabla. 2.
