Todos los incidentes tienen un ciclo de gestión que se cierra, con el procesamiento de lecciones aprendidas con el propósito de mejorar el sistema y la capacidad de gestión del equipo de gestión social. Las alertas con potencial de incidentes de tipo II y III durante el periodo analizado fueron 74, de las cuales el 84% fueron desescalados a tiempo y no se convirtieron en incidentes. Los que se convirtieron en incidentes, una mayoría está concentrada (9 de 12), durante el primer semestre de 2023, en el contexto de la convulsión política nacional y cuando el modelo estaba ingresando a su versión 2.0. Data analytics has made it possible to understand the recurrent causes of alerts and incidents, the stakeholders behind claims, the locations of protests, the relationship between alerts and the grievance and complaint system, and the updating of the heat map, among others. On the other hand, the level of complexity of the social environment has led us to develop additional tools such as the controversy management plan, the good neighbor program, and the commitment compliance plan, among others. Both the alert system and the incidents themselves are key inputs for improving the social performance strategy, as lessons learned are drawn from them and incorporated into the community development plan or the territorial development plan.
