Since 2022, it has been observed that projects incorporating change management strategies achieve higher adoption rates, less resistance, and better outcomes.The initiative aligns with the SDGs and ESG criteria, promoting education, sustainable innovation, inclusion, and responsible governance. Finally, a replicable model is proposed, highlighting the importance of preparing people to achieve effective and sustainable digital transformation.
