This process makes it possible to reduce vibration levels, improve fragmentation, prevent structural damage to the rock mass, and reduce operating costs.Through rock mass characterization, modeling blasting behavior using Flac3D and Rhino software, and training AI models in Python, a predictive system has been developed capable of suggesting optimal blasting parameters in real time, thereby contributing to safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operations.
