For this task, a systematic review of the background developed in countries such as Canada, Australia, South Africa, China, Chile, Germany, among others, was carried out. These investigations served as a reference framework for the methodology used in the generation of the in-situ stress field model for Peru. The records collected come from in-situ stress measurement reports executed by specialized companies in 14 mining units and also from the information available in the World Stress Map project.
