This document is framed within the presentation of the Moquegua Emerge program, whose success has been achieved by the institutions involved, both public and private, as well as social organizations. We will show with examples, the design and implementation of the proposed methodology and the path being followed to ensure the sustainability of the impact in the long term. The conclusions lead us to rethink the way in which various social programs are being designed and implemented, in a somewhat isolated manner or without generating the sustainability that is so much hoped for.
