Then, digital mining efforts are discussed. The outcomes are based on the interviews conducted with mining leaders globally, from senior executives to operators, in order to understand their challenges and pain points for the year 2022. Some of the key challenges have been identified and synthesised into categorises based on technology, performance, and leadership & communication. The pain points are addressed generally. They are not targeting a specific mining company, commodity, or region. The most common problems are around the right use of technologies.
