The strategy consists of 6 pillars: 1. Team Attitude, 2. Process Transformation, 3. Idea Management System, 4. Agile Project Management, 5. Continuous Improvement Projects, 6. 5S.This continuous improvement program has generated additional benefits to the company from 2021 to July 2022, quantified at US$ 37'446,881.Finally, by the end of 2021, the strategy has enabled the execution of more than 13 projects, which represents more than 4 times the average execution of projects per year.
